This window was designed in CAD to ensure smooth opening and to allow the counteweight mechanism to be cunningly concealed. It is double sealed and draught proofed to withstand the sea winds in Ardrossan and uses high spec Low E double glazing. The adjacent fixed light uses triple glazing!
It is finished in an ebony woodstain.
